Who doesn't love brownies? Well, I'm sure there are a few people, but they don't
know what they're missing! A few minds might change once they see how simple
our Divine Brownie Pie is to make.

I like to serve our warm Divine Brownie Pie with ice cream (see the bits of vanilla
bean in the photo above) but it would also be good with sweetened whipped

cream with a drizzle of melted chocolate or chocolate curls.

My husband likes to have his serving drizzled with our Salted Caramel Sauce. You
will find the recipe here along with the recipe for our Crustless Chocolate Cream Pie.

About the Ingredients . . .
• Eggs-I always use large or extra large in my recipes. They contain proteins that
help the brownie pie set.

• Butter-Melted and cooled.
• Sweet chocolate-Make sure it's melted and cooled.
• Brown sugar-Packed with no lumps.
• Baking mix-Your favorite or try our recipe.

• Sugar-White granulated sugar.

• Vanilla-Use a good quality. Our recipe here.
• Nuts-Pecans or walnuts, chopped into a ¼ to ½-inch dice.

Garnish ideas . . .
• This pie will easily come out of the pie plate if it has been properly prepared. I love to put it on a cake plate and then drizzle the caramel on top letting some of it fall on the plate. You could then sprinkle grated chocolate or chocolate curls on top of the caramel.
• Fresh raspberries or strawberries seem to go well with this dessert. They add an additional layer of flavor.
• Lay a doily (or something similar) on top and lightly dust with powdered sugar. Remove and enjoy the design.

Properties of this Recipe . . .
• This recipe can be used on it's on or used as a base for other layers.
• Nuts are optional. They can be sprinkles on top or mixed into the batter.
• It is very rich and chocolatey, so it works well with whipped cream.
• Mix-ins like butterscotch chips and chocolate chips.
