Baked Chicken Bites

I love cooking but I will admit that sometimes I get frustrated,
especially when I'm trying to get a meal on the table at the same
time every day. This is a recipe that I've adapted to suit several
different menus. The only difference is the seasoning on the
chicken.

I like rice as a side for this recipe especially since it makes a sauce
as it cooks. It is so good!

* You can use taco, teriyaki, Italian, Greek or poultry seasoning. I have also
tried a lemon butter seasoning and it worked great. I used Greek
seasoning for this recipe.

**I discovered Perdue now has packages of diced chicken and used them
in this recipe.
