Thousand Island Dressing Makes about 1½ cups
Ingredients
• ¾ cup mayonnaise
• ¼ cup onion, minced
• 2 Tbsp ketchup
• 1½ Tbsp sweet pickle relish
• 1 tsp lemon juice
• ¼ tsp sea salt
½ hard boiled egg, minced
Instructions
1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl.
2. After mixing, transfer to a jar with an air-tight lid. Refrigerate; for best flavor, let sit at least 6 hours before using.
Will keep for up to a week.
