French Dressing Makes about 2 cups

Ingredients
​
​
• 1 cup ketchup
• 1 cup of a good salad oil
​
• 1 cup sugar
​
• 1/3 cup vinegar
​
• 1/3 cup filtered or distilled water
​
• 1 small onion, finely minced
​
• Sea salt and black pepper to taste
​

​
Instructions
​

​
1. Using a blender*, combine all ingredients and process until
​
​
smooth.
​
2. This dressing lasts up to 2 weeks; reblend before use.
​
​
​
​
Tips
​
​
• This dressing is excellent on a spinach salad with hard-boiled eggs and
​
​
crumbled bacon.
​
​
​
* An immersion blender does a great job too!
