Garlic Beef Bites

You can do so much with this simple dish.  They can be cooked in a skillet, on a hibachi, or as kabobs.



4 cloves garlic, minced

½ tsp ground pepper

½ tsp sea salt

2 lb very lean chuck roast cut into 1-inch cubes

1 stick unsalted butter

¼ cup chopped fresh parsley (garnish)


1.  Mix the garlic and pepper in a small bowl.

2. In another bowl, season the beef with salt.

3.  Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium to

     medium-high heat.  Add the beef cubes and sear until brown,

     turning to cover all the sides.  When all are browned, add the

     garlic-pepper mixture and cook for another  3 to 4 minutes

     Remove from heat and garnish with the parsley. If desired.

     Serves 4.
